Switched Gears

So, I haven't posted in what, 8-9 months?! Well, I've switched gears and am currently working from Grellow Studio. So, if you've run across this site (somehow), just click on the link and check out my updated self!

Thanks!

Wound?

Not sure what to call this one yet so I went with "Wound". It started getting cold and late, so I wrapped this one up. I'll continue soon (hopefully this week). Here's the so far...

Nucleus

Just gettin back in the studio. This piece of paper was pretty much ruined from silverfish, but I didn't want to waste it. Also, a quick Google search taught me that silverfish are annoyed by the smell of cloves. Needless to say, the entire studio now smells like a giant clove - I hope it works!

Pastel Structure

Finally - back in the studio. This time, with new equipment and software. I downloaded a cool time lapse video program, brought in the web cam, and busted out the pastels. Here's the outcome...

Longer Time No Post!

So I realize it's now been even longer (almost 4 months) since I've posted anything here for Grellow. The excuse... www.ryancolgin.com. This is my design site I've been working so hard on lately. I know it's not all pretty quite yet, but I'm workin on it. It will definitely be a work in progress. So, my design work will be posted regularly at that site and studio work will still be posted right here. Check on both sites for updates!

Long Time No Post

So I know it's been awhile since you've seen a new post, but don't worry. Creative juices are flowing... just out the end of the pencil for now. Brainstorming and ideas are conjuring.

Actually, I used the hot weather as an excuse for awhile, but Grellow Studio recently cooled off with a new air unit - A much appreciated donation by Steve Croft. I'll post a pic soon!

Check back soon for more pretty pictures!

The Grellow Motto

This is the new Grellow Studio motto!
